We offer a "exchanges only" policy on returned products. Please call customer service at (909) 356 - 7053, within 7 days of delivery date.

Order Cancellation  

Orders canceled, in full or part, will accrue a 25% restocking fee.  The refundable amount will be dispatched in the form of a Discount Coupon which will be redeemable for a full year.

Shipping Policy

All orders received by Noon (12:00 PM PST) are shipped the same day, between Monday - Friday.  Orders received between Friday afternoon and Monday morning are shipped on Monday.  Major National Holidays are exempt from this policy.

All products shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS) are insured for their value.  All products with a combined value of $50.00 or more shipped through the US Postal Service (USPS), are insured for their value.

Understanding issues pertaining, but not limited to, indemnity coverage and tracking features of the various shipping methods provided are the responsibility of the customer prior to purchase. Please feel free to contact customer services with questions about shipping.

ATTENTION PO Box & APO Users
The United Parcel Service (UPS) does not deliver to PO Boxes or to APO military mail centers.  All shipments to  PO Boxes and APO will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Please elect a shipping method through the USPS when ordering.  If you elect a UPS service, we will ship your package via USPS using the service method appropriated to what you have paid.  In most cases, if you paid for UPS Ground we will ship via USPS Media Mail.

ATTENTION Southern California Destinations
If you are having your package shipped to Santa Barbara, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Orange or San Diego county, please select Ground shipping when electing a UPS service. Your package will take longer to ship with 3 Day Select and 2nd Day Air services because of unnecessary resorting and re dispatching by the UPS.  Your package will automatically be shipped via UPS Ground, if you select any UPS service, and if your package destination is in the mentioned counties .
